By accessing or using AI Pithy (aipithy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
AI Pithy is a directory of AI tools and applications. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
When you submit an AI tool listing, you grant AI Pithy a non-exclusive license to display the content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Paid listings are processed via Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the listing has not been published.
AI Pithy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI tool listings.
